30kN Modular Electromechanical Servoactuation Asphalt Mix Tester Designed around the third generation Integrated Multi-Axis Control System (IMACS2) controller, AsphaltQube Pro is a welcome addition to the current IPC Global range of modular testing systems. The new 30kN capacity dynamic actuator benefits from the revolutionary Electromechanical Servoactuation Technology (EmS) allowing to perform an infinite range of QA / QC or new materials’ development tests.

BALANCED LOADER is a new addition in the range of Controls / IPC Global universal automatic testers. The machine is designed to automatically perform most of the tests included into Balanced Mix Design procedures, including IDEAL-CT, IDEAL-RT, Indirect Tensile Strength, Semi-Circular Bend test and many more. Also suitable for Marshall, CBR, UCS, and other displacement controlled tests.

Conforms to Test Standard EN 12697-20 New weight positioning system, allowing in a very user-friendly and precise method to pass from unload to preload phase, then to load phase without the need to add/remove weights from the structure. Four-columns frame structure, with high stiffness. Piston position indicator, making easier the adaptation of the penetrometer to different height samples. Now you can perform the most common asphalt standards in one compact, modular, easy to use machine. The flexible system allows you to perform the test with AMPTQube (permanent deformation, cyclic compression, indirect tensile stiffness, indirect tensile fatigue, crack propagation, direct tension-compression, dynamic / complex modulus) plus triaxial compression, four-point and two -point stiffness and fatigue flexural tests.

AMPT PRO, designed with the latest technologies and product developments, once again sets the benchmark for innovation and performance. It fully complies with AASTHO T378/TP79 and can easily perform the three asphalt tests of NCHRP projects.
