Features
- Suitable for cylinder and cubes. The std configuration is suitable for testing cylinders with a diameter from 100 mm to 160 mm and max length of 320mm.
- 3 cradles as option are available for: I) 5 cylinders dia. 38-50mm; II) 3 cylinders dia. 50-100mm; III) cubes 100m and 150mm side. Cradles are not included. They shall be ordered separately.
- N.2 lever clamps for samples locking are included. Based on selected cradles, additional lever clamps shall be ordered separately.
- N.5 pre-set programs coupled with customizable ones.
- Water-cooled diamond grinding wheel for precise finishing.
- Adjustable grinding parameters: wheel speed, lateral pass speed, carriage approach speed, finishing time.
- PLC-controlled grinding cycle with variable speeds for roughing and finishing.
- Fully enclosed system preventing dirt splashes and dust
